The Paladin is a large, open format, 3-axis, high-rail gantry stone milling machine. The system is designed as a wash-down machine that comes in two table sizes: 8’ X 14’ or 8’ x 16’. For rapid and effective polishing, there's no better choice than the Paladin.

The Paladin comes equipped with 45MM bearings, making it the largest bearings in the industry. Larger bearings ensure smooth traversing, less toroidal & axial play, and much longer life. When you start looking at the details you will come to understand that all machines are NOT created equal.

Paladin boasts the largest bearings for any CNC router in the stone industry. This matters, because larger, more heavy-duty bearings last longer and operate with more precision.
The Paladin comes standard with AlphaCam CAD/CAM. Already have a CNC router in your business? No problem… the Paladin can be programmed with the same programming language as all major CNC brands in the stone industry.
We spent considerable time choosing our 21.5-inch-wide touch screen, button layout and overall ergonomics of the control unit. The BBM HMI (Human Machine Interface) was developed by BBM engineers to make operating the machine an intuitive logical process. The information you need in fresh modern easy to understand layout.
The Paladin Z-axis tool plate cover is held securely in place by rubberized retention knobs. The weight of the cover is lifted with automotive supports protecting the counter-balance system, spindle and associated hardware. Protection and easy access, it’s easy to do both.
The rotary union is a part that will need occasional replacing. On many machines designs this task is a serious chore. Our engineers designed the Paladin to ensure this task can be done in minutes, not hours. User maintenance should be easy and fast.
The Paladin comes standard with automated lubrication sending consistent oil to the bearings and ways. In a dusty gritty shop this system protects your investment and insures long life and peak performance. User maintenance really should be minimized if possible.
An enclosed cable tray is critical in the harsh stone environment because it protects cables from dust, debris, moisture, and impact, ensuring long-term reliability and safety.
The Paladin comes standard with 44 tool positions. More positions equal more profile sets on the machine and less messing around swapping out tooling. 44 Tool Positions includes five full profile sets with 7 tools in each set – along with the utility tools. There are 30 positions for tools 80mm or less and 14 positions for tools 120mm or less.
