Designed according to the up-to-date concepts and structural principles, the automatic multi-spindle belt polishing machine model PENTA, is remarkable for its high productivity and its high-quality performances on every kind of marble, granite, engineered stones and ceramic.
Horizontal machines make processing larger countertops safer and easier because they are much easier to handle (load/unload) versus vertical machines. The Penta was designed with both backsplash & full countertop pieces in mind.

Latest-generation electronics that, associated with a 5” screen, allows in a very simple and intuitive way, to program in automatic mode the intervention (even partial) of every single unit. Complete diagnostic visualized on the screen through images of all the machine devices which allows to immediately locate the problem.
N° 1 Face rectifier 90-degree calibrating spindle with positioning assembled on the QB column, manual movement. Driven by electric motor.
Utilized to hold pieces down while traveling through the machine.
4 spindles for bevels (2 upper and 2 lower) – N°4 Spindles at 45° (N°2 up, N°2 down) for beveling; electric motors in axis with the spindles, power 1,5Kw each, 900rpm; wheel diameter 130mm; The first lower spindle is equipped with manual mechanical stop FM. Power 1,5Kw each, 900rpm; wheel diameter 130mm.
For honing of the calibrated strip. Also is used for removing fiberglass from the B-side of exotic materials OR removing the net from ceramics (this option replaces the Cutting Unit).
Saw attachment used for cutting a slot for rods (this option replaces the Vertical Spindle).
N°5 Polishing spindles for straight edges with electrical motor in axis; 2 Horsepower each, 900rpm each; spindles assembled on a beam with the possibility of floating during the working; wheel diameter 5 inches.
Used to support large workpieces.
N° 2 Rollers table (n. 1 initial and n. 1 final) each one is 6.5’ long.
