26 HP SAW MOTOR
The Robo SawJet is equipped with a Saccardo 26 Horsepower spindle to provide more cutting power. The spindle is designed to utilize a standard 16″ saw blade and is controlled by a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) as a standard feature, allowing the saw motor RPM’s to be varied based on cutting different material types such as porcelain or Ultra Compact materials.
/ 02
H20 JET WATERJET
The Robo SawJet system employs the H2O Jet SMP-50 pump for high-pressure cutting water, recognized for its industry-leading reliability and cost-effectiveness. H2O Jet parts cost up to 50% less than rivals, and its reliability is evident with its usage by eight out of ten automotive manufacturers.

KUKA Quantec KR 210 3100 Ultra F Robot
The KUKA KR QUANTEC Ultra is the most robust and precise robot in its series, boasting exceptional power density for heavy-duty manufacturing. Its cycle time is 25 percent faster than comparable models, and it remains dependable in extreme conditions with the KUKA Robotics Foundry Package. Notably used by industry giants like BOEING, AIRBUS, NASA, and SPACEX, the KUKA Robot is the preferred option for high accuracy and contact cutting tasks.
/ 04
SMALLEST FOOTPRINT
The Robo SawJet holds the title for the stone industry’s most compact saw and waterjet combination machine, boasting the smallest footprint. When acquiring a new machine, it’s crucial to consider the loading zones and crane coverage requirements.
/ 05
3 SIDES OF ACCESS
Differing from rival gantry sawjets, the Robo SawJet provides accessible table entry from three sides, simplifying loading and unloading tasks for operators.
/ 06
KUKA KR C4 ROBOT CONTROLLER
The Robo SawJet system employs the robust KR C4 controller for seamless integration of robot and work cell operations, blending PLC and Safety controls. This revolutionary concept enhances automation with user-friendly programming and versatile capabilities, including intelligence and scalability.
/ 07
CAST TOOL ASSEMBLY
The cutting components, including the saw motor, guard, and waterjet nozzle, are affixed to a specialized one-piece cast aluminum bracket at the robot’s end of arm. This design enhances stability, minimizing recalibration needs and parts shifting. Additionally, this streamlined setup simplifies maintenance with accessible waterjet nozzle positioning unlike competing products.
/ 08
H20 JET INTEGRAL DIAMOND EDUCTOR (IDE) CUTTING NOZZLE
H2O Jet’s cutting heads excel in speed, durability, and performance. The design features an Integral Diamond Eductor with a diamond orifice embedded in the mixing chamber, ensuring precise alignment and maximum cutting power for longer nozzle life. The advanced coalescing plenum further enhances efficiency, reducing abrasive consumption by up to 20%.
/ 09
BULK GARNET HOPPER
The system is equipped with a 6.5 cubic foot bulk hopper to hold up to 9 bags of the abrasive garnet media used in the cutting process. This high capacity hopper is a simple pressurized feed vessel that moves garnet to a mini-hopper that feeds through a metering orifice to the cutting head. This simple design requires no day to day maintenance, only clean, dry air to feed the garnet through the system. This means more uptime and reliability without expensive motorized components that could fail.
/ 10
GARNET FLOW SENSOR
The system features a digital vacuum based garnet flow sensor located just before the cutting nozzle to provide constant monitoring of garnet flow during the waterjet cutting process. This sensor recognizes interruptions in garnet flow caused by a lack of garnet material, or a clogged tube, and shuts down the system to minimize the potential for slab damage to occur. When an interruption is encountered, an error message is generated at the operator station for easy troubleshooting.

READY 2 USE – EASY 2 USE SOFTWARE
BACA Systems creates all software for the Robo SawJet system, encompassing RoboCut, Robo Commander, and Vein Match. Direct software development enables swift feature implementation and customer-driven enhancements. Unlike solutions relying on third-party software layers, this approach ensures stability and timely updates, bypassing potential performance issues and lengthy update cycles.

CAMERA & VEINMATCHING TECHNOLOGY
VeinMatch is a great sales tool to show customers their layout in advance. VeinMatch allows users to match veins from different parts of the same slab without utilizing a second slab. VeinMatch aligns two pieces that come together to form the best seams. You can also quickly and easily nest DXF files across multiple slabs, allowing larger jobs to be laid out quickly and accurately. The software allows you to preview, print and save the layout image, providing the ability to complete layouts interactively with a customer.
