Maximizing countertop production, the Omega Pencil's cutting-edge design combines diamond abrasives and polishing pads on a conveyor belt, setting a new standard in efficiency for crafting rectangular countertop parts.

Omega Pencil is equipped with a calibrator that uses a diamond tool to mill the B-side of parts to the desired thickness. Milling the B-side of the stone, ensures that the countertops will sit flush on the cabinets minimizing the need for use of shims at installation.

Latest-generation electronics that, associated with a 12” screen, allows in a very simple and intuitive way, to program in automatic mode the intervention (even partial) of every single unit. Complete diagnostic visualized on the screen through images of all the machine devices which allows to immediately locate the problem.

N° 6 Spindles assembled on a single beam to profile and polish straight and bullnose edges: the 1st spindle, with automatic positioning, can be equipped with a flat diamond wheel to make the bullnose profile. The holding-spindle beam can oscillate by an original lever system patented and operated by hydraulic pistons electronically controlled, (Hydraulic motors) – Total power at the pump 29.5 Horsepower.
Utilized to hold pieces down while traveling through the machine.
N°5 Polishing spindles for straight edges with electrical motor in axis; 2 Horsepower each, 900rpm each; spindles assembled on a beam with the possibility of floating during the working; wheel diameter 5 inches.
4 spindles for bevels (2 upper and 2 lower) – N°4 Spindles at 45° (N°2 up, N°2 down) for beveling; electric motors in axis with the spindles, power 2 Horsepower each, 900rpm; wheel diameter 5 inches; The first lower spindle is equipped with manual mechanical stop FM. Power 2 Horsepower each, 900rpm; wheel diameter is 5 inches.
For honing of the calibrated strip. Also is used for removing fiberglass from the B-side of exotic materials OR removing the net from ceramics.
Used to support large workpieces.
N° 2 Rollers table (n. 1 initial and n. 1 final) each one is 6.5’ long.
